Shipping & Returns


We use UPS as our only shipping carrier.

We process orders within two to three days of receipt of the order. Exceptions include holidays or weekends. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will be processed for shipping on the following Monday. Please allow up to two weeks (14 working days) for delivery. Most shipments will arrive before the 14 days, but please allow the two weeks before contacting us about a potential lost shipment.

Out of stock items may be placed on back order for future shipment. If we are unable to ship your order within 5 days of placing the original order, we will contact you to allow you the chance to accept a later delivery or cancel the order.


Our goal is complete customer satisfaction. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase as it is delivered to you, notify us within 30 days of shipment and we will refund your money, or replace your item promptly.

All returns must have a Return-Code. Fill out the RETURN form here to obtain Return-Code.

Customer must pay return postage, and we must receive it within 30 days of the date we shipped it to customer. Upon receipt of merchandise we will issue a full refund, less all shipping costs.

Returned merchandise must be in the same condition as we sent them to you. Return the product in the same packaging as it was received. If item is packed poorly and there is breakage in the delivery to us the item will be deemed non-returnable.

If merchandise was damaged or defective, it can be exchanged free of charge by contacting us within 10 days of receipt of merchandise.


We will cancel your order and issue a refund if your order has not been shipped.

In the event your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you no longer want the item, you must then follow the Return Policy.
